Oregon Experience Group LLC

Terms of Service

Oregon Experience Group LLC may operate brand-specific websites, including websites for QuackTrips and DamTrips. Bookings, schedules, passenger details, payments, and trip-specific information may be handled through the applicable brand website. By using any Oregon Experience Group LLC website, purchasing a booking, or participating in a trip operated by Oregon Experience Group LLC or one of its brands, you agree to these Terms.

1. Company and Brand Relationship

Oregon Experience Group LLC is the operating company behind QuackTrips and DamTrips.

QuackTrips and DamTrips are brand names used for specific fan transportation experiences. References to “we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company” mean Oregon Experience Group LLC and its operated brands, unless otherwise stated.

Brand-specific terms, booking details, passenger policies, waiver language, and trip information shown during checkout also apply to your booking.

2. Services

Oregon Experience Group LLC provides organized passenger transportation and fan travel experiences, including round-trip coach transportation, pickup and return logistics, onboard amenities, passenger communication, and related game-day services.

Specific routes, pickup locations, departure times, return times, amenities, and availability may vary by brand, event, game, vehicle, and booking.

3. Bookings and Payments

Bookings may be completed through QuackTrips, DamTrips, or another Oregon Experience Group LLC operated brand website. All prices, availability, pickup locations, schedules, and included services will be shown at the time of booking.

A booking is not confirmed until payment has been successfully completed and confirmation has been issued.

Oregon Experience Group LLC may use third-party payment processors, booking tools, communication services, transportation providers, or other vendors to provide its services.

4. Passenger Information

Passengers are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including passenger names, contact information, pickup location, accessibility details, and any other information requested during checkout.

Oregon Experience Group LLC is not responsible for missed communications, missed departures, or booking issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

5. Departure Times and Passenger Responsibility

Coaches depart promptly at the listed departure time. Passengers are responsible for arriving at their selected pickup location early enough to board before departure.

The coach cannot wait for late passengers. Missed departures due to late arrival are not eligible for refund.

After the event, return transportation will depart at the stated post-event departure time or as otherwise communicated by Oregon Experience Group LLC or the applicable brand. Passengers are responsible for returning to the pickup point on time.

6. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must behave respectfully toward drivers, hosts, staff, other passengers, venue personnel, and members of the public.

Oregon Experience Group LLC may refuse service, remove a passenger, or deny boarding to any passenger who is disruptive, unsafe, intoxicated, abusive, threatening, noncompliant with instructions, or otherwise creates a safety or operational concern.

Passengers who are refused service or removed for conduct reasons are not eligible for refund.

7. Outside Beverages and Alcohol

Outside beverages may be allowed only as stated in the applicable brand’s passenger policy or checkout instructions.

Outside beverages must be canned, unopened, and limited to no more than two outside beverages per person, unless otherwise stated by the applicable brand.

All passengers are responsible for complying with applicable alcohol laws. No passenger under the legal drinking age may possess or consume alcohol.

Outside beverages must be disposed of prior to deboarding to the stadium or event venue. No outside beverages may remain on the coach or be consumed on the return trip home.

Oregon Experience Group LLC reserves the right to restrict, deny, or dispose of outside beverages at any time for safety, legal, operational, or venue-related reasons.

8. Age and Supervision

Passengers under 21 years of age must be accompanied by an adult age 21 or older unless otherwise approved in writing by Oregon Experience Group LLC.

The adult accompanying a minor or underage passenger is responsible for that passenger’s conduct, safety, and compliance with all passenger policies.

9. Accessibility

Oregon Experience Group LLC makes reasonable efforts to accommodate passengers with accessibility needs.

Passengers must provide accessibility details during booking when requested, including whether a wheelchair, mobility device, service animal, or secured coach-floor wheelchair position is needed.

Accessibility details must be provided at least 48 hours before the scheduled kickoff time for online booking. If the game is within 48 hours of kickoff, passengers must call Oregon Experience Group LLC before completing the booking so we can confirm accessible coach availability and assist directly.

Requests made with less notice will be reviewed, and Oregon Experience Group LLC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate them when possible.

10. Pickup Locations, Park-and-Rides, and Third-Party Locations

Pickup locations may include public areas, park-and-rides, hotels, commercial properties, or other third-party locations.

Oregon Experience Group LLC is not responsible for damage to vehicles, theft, towing, parking citations, personal injury, or other incidents that occur while passengers are waiting for the coach, parking at a pickup location, walking to or from a pickup location, or using a third-party property.

TriMet, hotel partners, property owners, venue operators, and other pickup-location partners are not legally liable for Oregon Experience Group LLC bookings, passenger conduct, vehicle damage, personal injury, or trip-related claims unless expressly required by law.

Passengers are responsible for following all posted parking rules, property rules, and local laws at pickup locations.

11. Event Changes, Traffic, Weather, and Delays

Game times, event schedules, road conditions, weather, traffic, security procedures, venue rules, and other circumstances may change.

Oregon Experience Group LLC is not responsible for delays, schedule changes, missed portions of an event, traffic congestion, weather conditions, road closures, venue restrictions, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

We may adjust departure times, pickup logistics, vehicle assignments, or other operational details when necessary.

12. Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Oregon Experience Group LLC Refund & Cancellation Policy and any brand-specific refund terms shown during checkout.

In general, customers may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase by calling 541-360-8705.

Bookings made within 24 hours of departure are not eligible for refunds.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

13. No University Affiliation

Oregon Experience Group LLC, QuackTrips, and DamTrips are independent transportation and fan travel brands.

They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to the University of Oregon, Oregon State University, their athletic departments, conferences, venues, teams, or ticketing partners unless expressly stated in writing.

14. Website Use

You may not misuse Oregon Experience Group LLC websites, interfere with website functionality, attempt unauthorized access, copy website content for commercial use, or use the websites for fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful purposes.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any website, service, feature, route, product, or brand page at any time.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oregon Experience Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from website use, bookings, transportation services, event attendance, delays, missed departures, personal property loss, third-party conduct, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability where prohibited by law.

16. Changes to These Terms

Oregon Experience Group LLC may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date.

Continued use of an Oregon Experience Group LLC website, brand website, booking system, or service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
