I understand that pickup and drop-off locations may include public streets, park-and-rides, hotels, commercial properties, stadium areas, or other third-party locations.

I am responsible for my own safety while waiting for the coach, walking to or from pickup locations, boarding, deboarding, and moving through public or private areas.

Oregon Experience Group LLC is not responsible for damage to vehicles, theft, towing, parking citations, personal injury, or other incidents that occur while passengers are waiting for the coach, parking at a pickup location, walking to or from a pickup location, or using a third-party property.

TriMet, hotel partners, property owners, venue operators, and other pickup-location partners are not legally liable for Oregon Experience Group LLC bookings, passenger conduct, vehicle damage, personal injury, or trip-related claims unless expressly required by law.

4. Passenger Conduct and Safety

I agree to follow all instructions from Oregon Experience Group LLC staff, hosts, drivers, transportation providers, venue personnel, and law enforcement.

I understand that Oregon Experience Group LLC may refuse service, deny boarding, or remove any passenger who is disruptive, unsafe, intoxicated, threatening, abusive, noncompliant, or otherwise creates a safety or operational concern.

Passengers denied boarding or removed for conduct reasons are not eligible for refund.

5. Alcohol and Outside Beverages

I understand that all passengers are responsible for complying with applicable alcohol laws.

Outside beverages, when allowed, must be canned, unopened, and limited to no more than two outside beverages per person unless otherwise stated by Oregon Experience Group LLC or the applicable brand.

No passenger under the legal drinking age may possess or consume alcohol.

Outside beverages must be disposed of prior to deboarding to the stadium or event venue. No outside beverages may remain on the coach or be consumed on the return trip home.

Oregon Experience Group LLC may restrict, deny, or dispose of outside beverages at any time for safety, legal, operational, or venue-related reasons.

I am responsible for determining whether I am physically able to participate in the transportation service.

I understand that I should provide accurate accessibility or mobility information during booking when requested.

Accessibility details must be provided at least 48 hours before the scheduled kickoff time for online booking. If the game is within 48 hours of kickoff, I understand that I must call Oregon Experience Group LLC before completing the booking so accessible coach availability can be confirmed.

7. Minors and Supervision

Passengers under 21 years of age must be accompanied by an adult age 21 or older unless otherwise approved in writing by Oregon Experience Group LLC.

If I book for or accompany a minor or underage passenger, I accept responsibility for that passenger’s conduct, safety, and compliance with all passenger policies.
